- Right after checkout — On the Thank You / order confirmation page you can download your files immediately.
- In your SheetShark email — Check your inbox for the order email from SheetShark. Use the download links, or open View your order to access your order and downloads again.
- Your account / order page — You can also return to your order details on our website anytime to download your files.
- Spam folder — If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check Spam/Junk and search for SheetShark.
- Still missing? — Use the form below with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will help you regain access to your downloads.
